Initial Sessions

In our initial sessions, we'll take the time to understand your unique background, experiences, and mental health history. This comprehensive assessment lays the foundation for a tailored counseling journey that suits your individual needs.


Empathetic Listening

We’ll provide a safe and non-judgmental space where you can express your thoughts, feelings and concerns freely. This will help you to unravel underlying issues and explore your inner landscape.

Individualized Roadmap

Drawing from a range of therapeutic techniques and trauma-informed modalities we will collaboratively design a personalized roadmap for your growth. These strategies may include mindfulness, cognitive reframing, resourcing, relaxation techniques, and more.

Mind-Body Connection

We will explore your nervous system and somatic layer of how your unique experience has created a trauma response in your body.

Goal Setting and Progress Tracking

By creating a roadmap and acknowledging your growth, however small, we’ll know the evolution that’s happening in overall psychological wellness.

Confidentiality and Trust

Your privacy is paramount. Rest assured that all sessions are strictly confidential, providing you with a safe space to explore your thoughts and feelings.


How are sessions offered?

Therapy in the comfort of your own space! All sessions at this time are virtual appointments using Zoom.

We will be offering in-person sessions in the near future.

Cancellation / Reschedule Policy

Life happens. That is why we have a flexible cancellation policy that allows you to cancel within 24 hours of your appointment with the expectation of rescheduling for that same week. You can cancel via text/email/phone. If you fail to do this, you will be charged $100. No-shows without any notice will be charged the full session fee.
